Influenced by artists such as Lauv, Khalid, and EDEN, Happy is an Alternative R&B track fused with elements of Pop and Electronic promoting a common idea within the Mental Health Community... The feeling of not being able to feel happiness because what they are struggling is all they really know. Is there anything but the pain we maybe feeling, and even if we do feel something else, how long will it last?

While the track doesn’t answer this question directly, Ryans states “I wanted to create something for others who may be struggling and show them that they aren’t the only ones trapped in this thought. I also made this with the idea that this song can be something they can share with others as a way to express what they are feeling when sometimes words aren’t an option and maybe they can pinpoint what caused them to feel the way they do... and then they can start their healing process like I started mind writing this song". With his new single, Ryans continues his mission to help and inspire others who struggle with their mental health.
